PA Supreme Court justices up for retention are as follows:

Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht.

Vote “NO” to retain them for the following reasons:

​

1) They ruled to continue the unnecessary covid shutdowns destroying lives and businesses.

​

2) They ruled in favor of mandates for a vaccine that has proven to be ineffective. This is a violation of one's rights to one's body at the hands of the government.

​

3) They ruled in favor of masking children during covid in school, which too has been proven to be ineffective.

​

4) They refused to protect women's rights to safety and fairness in schools and sports

​

Their rulings were politically motivated and not based on law.

They are therefore unqualified to be judges.

​

If those justices stay and Shapiro gets another four years, we can forget about balance or fairness. It will be open season on your wallet, your property, and your freedom.
